A nine-year-old girl was the victim in a recent abduction attempt in Lloydminster, and RCMP are trying to locate the suspect.

On Aug. 14, RCMP received a complaint regarding the attempted abduction. As part of the investigation, RCMP investigators worked with a forensic sketch artist to develop a drawing of the person believed to be involved.

The sketch is available with our story online and officers are asking anyone who may recognize the man depicted to contact them.
