Want your voice heard while also serving your community? Saskatoon has just opened up applications for the upcoming year of boards and committees.

A release from the City says it will host two in-person information sessions at City Hall for residents interested in volunteering their time, experience and perspectives by serving on a City board, commission or committee for the 2027 term.

At the info sessions, you’ll hear from current and former members about their experiences, learn the role of public members and what to expect, and discover available positions and how to apply.

The first session is on Tuesday, September 1, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and the second is on Wednesday, September 9, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. Both meetings are in Committee Room E at City Hall.

Applications for the 2027 term will be accepted from September 1 to September 18, 2026.
