Saskatoon’s Criminal Intelligence and Street Crime police units were able to arrest a man on a Canada-wide warrant last week.
On Wednesday, officers found and arrested a 20-year-old man wanted for second-degree murder in a 2023 homicide in Durham Region in Ontario.
The arrest took place at an unrelated business in the 3000 block of Meadows Parkway just after 6:00 p.m. During a search of his person, a loaded handgun was located and seized.
The accused will now be taken back to Durham Region.
