A fire investigator is on site determining a damage estimate following a fire in the 100 Block of Avenue O South.

Crews received the call at about 3:05 Tuesday morning. As they arrived, smoke and flames could be seen coming from third floor suite of an apartment building

Hose lines were advanced both inside and outside the building through the window, and a search was performed to confirm no one remained inside building.

The fire has been completely extinguished, and no injuries to civilians or firefighters were reported.
