The Saskatoon Fire Department was called to the Parkridge neighbourhood last night for the report of a structure fire.
Crews arrived in the 600 block of Kinloch Crescent around 9:13 p.m.
Firefighters say they saw smoke and fire coming from a basement window upon arrival.
No one remained inside the house, and the fire has since been completely extinguished.
Then Monday morning at 3:59, crews were called to the 400 block of Avenue S North.
Upon arrival, crews spotted smoke coming from the main floor windows. All occupants had evacuated safety.
A fire investigator is on both scenes to conduct an examination to identify the cause, origin and damage estimate.
