Making Grub with the Dub – Episode 65
ROXINE’S PEANUT BUTTER SQUARES
Base:
1-1/2 c. graham wafer crumbs
1-3/4 c. icing sugar
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 c. soft peanut butter
Mix graham wafer crumbs, icing sugar, margarine and peanut butter; press into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Topping:
1 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. peanut butter
Melt ingredients together and smooth over base. Refrigerate 2 hours before cutting.
