The Saskatoon Police Service says a vehicle that fled from police hit three parked vehicles, all unoccupied, in the 2400 block of 33rd Street West and then came to a stop when it hit a tree.
The accident occured around 1:30 a.m. Thursday and involved a vehicle that was the subject of an earlier erratic driving complaint.
The 25-year-old male driver and 32-year-old female passenger were both transported to hospital for treatment of what are believed to be serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The SPS Collision Analyst Unit is continuing to investigate but impairment is believed to be a factor.
