This is one of the busy days of the year for the Saskatoon Public Schools Foundation as they pack and deliver 750 Canpotex Cheer Crates.

The Foundation says it is thanks to Canpotex, donors, volunteers and community partners that they can deliver a cheer crate valued at over $100 with essential food items such as dairy products, eggs, bread, fruits and vegetables, cereal, and canned goods, along with books, personal items, and family-friendly activities.

However, in a news release Zeba Ahmad notes that approximately 900 Cheer Crates were request by Saskatoon Public Schools this year whose staff helps identify families that would benefit from the support.
