The Saskatoon Police Service is on the lookout for two male suspects and requesting anyone with information to come forward following an early Sunday morning assault on Eighth Street.
According to a police news release, officers responded to a call at about 4:40 a.m. on March 29 regarding a male victim injured by a bladed weapon. Police found the 38-year-old victim suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers then learned through subsequent investigation that the man was allegedly assaulted by two unknown males.
A search of the area for the suspects wasn’t successful. The victim was transported to hospital by paramedics for further medical care. Anyone with information in relation to this incident is asked to contact the S-P-S at 306-975-8300 or Crime Stoppers.
