Traffic is back to normal on the east bound lanes of Gordie Howe Bridge following several collisions during the noon hour, most likely caused by snow and slippery conditions.
For a short time, east bound traffic was reduced to one lane on Circle Drive between Valley Road and Lorne Avenue.
Traffic appeared to be moving slowly in the eastbound lanes, weaving around at least three vehicles that had lost control. Police were directing the flow of traffic around the impacted vehicles.
At this time there is not believed to be any injuries.
Those restrictions were lifted just after 1:30.
