Buffalo Narrows RCMP are searching for a wanted 44-year-old man named Darwin Chartier, who also goes by Scooby. 

Chartier has been charged with mischief in relation to the removal and damage of a court-ordered 24-hour electronic-monitoring device. 

He is described as five feet ten inches tall, with a medium build, hazel eyes, and brown hair.  

He also has a scar between his eyebrows, and his left ear is slightly swollen from past injuries. 

Chartier is known to travel to the Turnor Lake and Green Lake areas. Buffalo Narrows RCMP continue to investigate.
