Turtleford RCMP have charged a man after seizing weapons and drugs from a home on Thunderchild First Nation. 

On March 4, RCMP executed a search warrant at the home as part of an ongoing investigation. There, they seized a loaded handgun, an illegally modified firearm, numerous firearm parts, thousands of rounds of ammunition, a butterfly knife, nun chucks, 400 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 33 grams of crack cocaine, and 26 grams of suspected cocaine.   

Now, 37-year-old Spencer Wapass from Thunderchild First Nation is facing 22 charges. He is scheduled to next appear in St. Walburg Court on Tuesday.
