Cam Sparrow will sell his last 70 Charolais bulls during the farm’s final sale on Friday, March 13th.
Cam and his wife, Kerrie Sparrow, took over the A. Sparrow Farms in 2017 and operate it under the CK Sparrow Farms name.
Alan Sparrow (Cam’s father) started the farm in 1958 and brought Charolais into the herd a few years later. The A. Sparrow Farms were prominent in cattle show circle exhibiting heifers, females and bulls for 40 years at Canadian Western Agribition.
CJWW Agriculture Director Neil Billinger spoke to Cam Sparrow about a week prior to the final sale.
