City of Saskatoon Engineers assessed the damage and one east bound lane on Circle Drive and one north bound lane of Highway 11 have been opened up for traffic to proceed.

Highway 11 northbound and Highway 16 eastbound have re-opened with single lane traffic after the overpass was damaged when a semi hauling equipment collided with the Circle Drive-Highway 11 and 16 cloverleaf in south Saskatoon late yesterday afternoon.

The Saskatoon Police Service Collsion Analyst Unit in cooperation with the Saskatchewan Highway Patrol are investigating the collision. No injuries were reported.

The extent of the damage or cost of repair is currently unkown.

Southbound traffic leaving Saskatoon on Highway 11 and Highway 16 westbound, remains free flowing and will not be impacted.

Tractor trailer units approaching Saskatoon on Highway 11 are being detoured around the area at Township Road 260 by way of Range Road 3050.
