University of Saskatchewan (USask) students Austen Zentner and Greta Mader Stevens will head to Montreal soon as national finalists for the McCall MacBain scholarships at McGill University.
They are the largest leadership-based scholarships for master’s and professional studies in Canada. Over 700 Canadians applied, with 151 advancing to interviews and the top 53 heading to Montreal, along with 38 finalists from other countries.
Applicants are endorsed by their respective universities. Up to 30 scholars will be selected after final interviews.
Successful scholars will receive funding to pursue an eligible degree at McGill. A relocation grant is available to those moving to Montreal.
