The Saskatoon Police Service is notifying the public that 38-year-old Kyle Ronald Hameluck, previously convicted of 70 incidents of voyeurism, indecent acts and trespassing at night, is to be released from the Saskatoon Provincial Correctional Centre on February 14th.
Police say he is expected to be living in Saskatoon and in an abundance of caution and concern about Hameluck’s potential to reoffend, police have released his name and photo.
He has several court-imposed conditions which include remaining inside an approved residence between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.; abstain from the possession of drugs not prescribed by a doctor; make no attempt to contact directly or indirectly any past victims; and he cannot possess or use any cell phone or digital devices that have the capability of taking photographs or videos.
He is described as 5’10”, 155 lbs, with brown hair but balding and green eyes. He has several tattoos of mushrooms and one of railroad tracks.
Police say if anyone becomes aware of any violations relating to Kyle Hameluck, to notify police immediately.
