Three Saskatchewan communities made the Globe and Mail’s Top 20 livable cities in Canada.
The Toronto-based newspaper ranked Regina number seven, Saskatoon at 15 with Warman at 19. It was a big improvement for Warman which was only ranked 134th last year. Warman received excellent marks for safety with an 80 percent less likelihood of crime than the Canadian average.
A total of 454 cities were judged on 10 categories including economy, housing, safety, health care, education, amenities, transportation and climate.
