Rose Valley RCMP is investigating following a collision that resulted in a pedestrian being injured on Yellow Quill First Nation.

Police received the report about the injured person at arounf 1:50 a.m. on January 2nd. They responded immediately and found an adult man near the main road on Yellow Quill FIrst Nation. The man was taken to hospital by EMS and later released.

An investigation revealed he was injured in a collision with a vehicle that did not remain at the scene. It is possibly a dark coloured SUV.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to report it to Rose Valley RCMP or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.
