An investigation by the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit has led to charges against 32-year-old Neil Thomas Cowan.

The ICE Unit executed a search warrant at a home in Regina last Wednesday, seizing electronic devices.

Cowan has been charged with possession of child sexual abuse and exploitation material as well as accessing child sexual abuse and exploitation material.

He was released on court-imposed conditions with his next court date on January 20th in Regina.
