A second person has been arrested in connection to a homicide from June of this year.
Early in the month, officers located the remains of 31-year-old Chad Romanski of Saskatoon just off Highway 7, west of Saskatoon.
After months of investigation, a 30-year-old man was charged with aggravated assault, kidnapping, and first-degree murder on Tuesday.
Now, Wednesday, a 39-year-old man was arrested in connection to the same crime. He is charged with First Degree Murder, Kidnapping, Assault with a Weapon, Intentionally Discharge a Firearm to Wound, Intentionally Discharge a Firearm while being Reckless, Utter Threats to Cause Death, Indecently Interfere with and Offer Indignity to Human Remains, Prohibited Possession of a Firearm, Prohibited Possession of Ammunition, and breaching court-imposed conditions.
He will appear in court tomorrow morning.
