Saskatoon’s first medically inclusive childcare centre has just received a generous donation from a local couple.
Jerry and Tina Grandey have contributed $150,000 to the “There’s No Place Like Hope” capital campaign at Hope’s Home.
The money will enhance the accessibility of medically inclusive childcare for kids with complex medical needs.
Hope’s Home features two separate centres caring for 144 children aged six weeks to six years old.

The campaign has, so far, achieved 60 per cent of its goal of $8.6 million. This has allowed Hope’s Home to open its door to one side of the centre, but there is still more to do. If you wish to donate, visit hopeshome.org.
Jerry Grandey is the former CEO of Cameco.
