On Friday afternoon over the lunch hour, the Moose Jaw RCMP responded to an accident on Highway #2, approximately eight kilometres north of Moose Jaw.
A semi truck and a car had collided and the driver of the car was declared deceased at the scene. The victim has been identified as a 25 year old man from Moose Jaw.
The driver of the semi truck and trailer did not report any injuries to police but was transported to hospital by EMS as a precaution. Neither vehicle had passengers.
Moose Jaw RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
The other accident happened south of Watrous on Friday evening. RCMP responded to a single vehicle rollover on Highway #15, about two kilometres west of Highway #2. A 60-year-old man from the Watrous area was declared dead by paramedics on the scene.
