Fall Convocation for the University of Saskatchewan will take place Wednesday at Merlis Belsher Place.
There are 992 students graduating, some of whom have multiple degrees or certificates. The total number of degrees and certificates to be awarded is 1,018.
Both morning and afternoon ceremonies will be streamed live on the convocation webpage.
This will be the final convocation with Peter Stoicheff serving as university president and vice-chancellor. Stoicheff’s term as president will conclude in December.
The morning ceremony will mark Elder Roland Duquette’s 100th ceremony on stage. Duquette holds the revered position of Eagle Staff Bearer for USask convocation ceremonies and leads the Grand Entry procession.
