Episode 39 – Making Grub with the Dub – Rotisserie Chicken Casserole

1 shredded rotisserie chicken
6-8 slices of Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
Salt + pepper to taste
1 box of stovetop chicken stuffing
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 stick of butter (melted)
Instructions
Grease a 9 x 13 pan
Spread out chicken on bottom
Cover in Swiss cheese slices
In a separate bowl take 1 can of cream of chicken soup and combine with milk and sour cream
Pour on top of our Swiss cheese layer
In another bowl add in stovetop stuffing, Parmesan cheese and melted butter and combine.
Layer on top.
Bake 375F for 30 mins
