The Saskatoon Fire Department was called to the 500 block of 50th Street East Thursday for the report of a backhoe accident.
Crews arrived to find a backhoe on its side and leaking fluid.
The lone occupant had already exited the machine, and firefighters loaded the patient into an ambulance before cleaning up the leaked fluids.
The scene was turned over to Police for further investigation.
