During Morgan Wallen’s tour stop in Santa Clara, California on Friday, he took a minute to FaceTime the 10-year-old son of a fan between songs.
Morgan spotted the fan, grabbed her phone and spent a couple minutes interacting with the boy before handing the phone back and resuming the show.
@lauren_and_jack5 POV: You’re FaceTiming your 10-year-old at a Morgan Wallen concert and it turns into his moment. 😂 Ok so here’s what happened… Morgan just hit the stage, and I thought it’d be cute to FaceTime my son. I’m fumbling with my purse, holding an adult beverage (judge me later), trying to flip the camera like a normal person… but I just gave up and turned my whole phone around so he could see Morgan. Then—out of NOWHERE—Morgan starts walking toward me. And I’m thinking… oh no… this is it. He’s about to CALL. ME. OUT. In front of 60,000 people. For FaceTiming. 😳 My heart DROPPED. Next thing I know, my son’s face is on the jumbo screen (okay not really, but it felt like it), and Morgan goes: “What’s up buddy? How are you? You ought to come to the show next time.” 🥹 Meanwhile… my son is shirtless, lying in bed, about to go to sleep. 😂 He was SO embarrassed but also so hyped he didn’t even care. He basically blacked out. Same, honestly. Unreal experience. Thank you @morganwallen 🩵#morganwallen #morganwallenconcert #facetime #levisstadium ♬ original sound – <3
