It seems like yesterday, and it was, that all the talk was about Generations Z and Y (Millennials).  In case you missed it as I almost did, we have entered Generation Beta.   Babies born in 2025 through 2039 will be part of this generation.  Those born between 2010 and 2024 are Generation Alpha.    Gen Beta will be the children of Millennials and older Gen Alphas and many of them will live on into the 22nd century.   Gen Beta will grow up with Artificial Intelligence.   Side note:  I read where Samsung and LG’s 2025 TV’s are more advanced than ever using AI.  LG says your TV will greet you by name, detect different voices, and have an AI Chatbot help system among other innovations while Samsung says their goal was to make their TV’s aware of their surroundings and autonomous in delivering intuitive features.  Just imagine TV’s by 2030.  Gen Z, born 1995 to 2009, was the iPhone generation, Millennials, born 1980 to 1994, was the first generation to become adults in the 21st century, Gen X, born 1965 to 1979 was called the Baby Bust or middle child generation, Baby Boomers were born from 1946 to 1964, and the silent or Greatest Generation refers to those born between 1928 and 1945. Before you know it I’ll be talking about Generation Gamma in January 2040. (At least I hope I’ll be talking about it).
