Four low-income families in Prince Albert will benefit from two, new affordable housing units.
Located on 14th Street West and 12th Street West in Prince Albert, the duplexes will each contain a three-bedroom unit and a two-bedroom unit. Tenant families will receive services from KidsFirst, Native Coordinating Council and Family Futures, as well.
The $1.1 million project is funded mainly by the federal and provincial governments; however, the City of Prince Albert is providing $20,000 in grant funding.
The project is expected to be completed by Spring 2025.
