A Prince Albert woman says a trip to Hawaii, a new vehicle and speaking with a financial advisor is on the list of things to do after she found she had the winning one million dollar ticket from the May 7 Western Max lottery draw.
Diane Pugh thought, at first, that there were five zeroes after the one on the checker readout, instead of the actual six zeroes. Her ticket matched all seven numbers on one of the 14 additional Western Max one million dollar prize draws. The numbers were 1, 3, 28, 43, 44, 45 and 48. Pugh bought the ticket at the Canadian Tire Gas+ store at 290 Marquis Road West in Prince Albert.
