Police operation now complete on Regina’s Garnet Street

Update: The police operation in the area of the 1300 block of Garnet St is now complete. Motorists and pedestrians are advised they can now utilize these roadways.

Original: Regina Police officers are asking the public, both motorists and pedestrians, to avoid the 1300 Block of Garnet Street between 7th Avenue and 8th Avenue.
Traffic will be shut down on the route as Emergency Services Teams are on site conducting an operation. The public and is also asked to refrain from using social media to distribute images or information which may divulge police movements or locations in the area.
