A series of weaker low pressure systems will bring precipitation to Western Canada and will provide some much needed moisture for seeding.
Scott Kehler is the chief scientist and president of Weatherlogics in Winnipeg. He believes there will be similar precipitation events in the coming weeks as the weather pattern shifts from away from the lengthy El Nino.
