Police are implementing a trespass prevention pilot program in Moose Jaw’s downtown core.

Participating businesses register and a special decal is installed by Moose Jaw Police on the front and back entrances of their building or property. This allows a Police officer to act as the owner of the property and enforce the Trespass to Property Act.

The pilot project will run for about three months and then expand to other parts of Moose Jaw.
