Nipawin RCMP are investigating a break and enter at a home in that community, which occurred around 6 in the morning on April 12th. RCMP say a man broke in and demanded keys to the occupant’s vehicle. There was an altercation and then the man left. No injuries were reported to police, but multiple doors were damaged from the forced entry.
No items were stolen.
A sketch of the suspect has been created by an RCMP forensic sketch artist. He is described as being around 5’6″ with a medium build and in his 20s. If you recognize him, or if you are in Nipawin and witnessed suspicious activity or captured surveillance footage on 5th Street North the morning of April 12th, contact the police.
