The City of Prince Albert is improving its anti-graffiti program, with the new and improved version to be implemented on Tuesday.
A release from the City says the most effective way to prevent graffiti is to remove it promptly, and the new program will provide property owners with more options when it comes to dealing with the crime, timely removal of the vandalism, and an improved ability to track graffiti occurrences in the community more accurately.
The new plan comes with a motto, Report it, Record it, and Remove it.
Homeowners, Business owners, and private facilities can apply under the Anti- Graffiti Program to get their property tended to, however applications made when the temperature is consistently less than 0 degrees will not be considered.
