Charges have been laid in a fatal rollover that happened near Kindersley.
Twenty-seven-year-old Henry Kleinsasser from Coleville has been charged with causing the death of a 42-year-old male passenger in the same vehicle, also from Coleville.
On September 12th, Kindersley RCMP responded to a single vehicle rollover just before midnight on Township Road 314, about seven kilometres west of Highway 21. The victim was declared dead by EMS at the scene. He was one of the passengers in the vehicle. Three other men, including Kleinsasser, were taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
As a result of continued investigation, Kleinsasser is charged with vehicle operation while impaired causing death, two counts of operation while impaired causing bodily harm, dangerous operation of motor vehicle causing death, and two counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm.
He is scheduled to appear in Kindersley Provincial Court on December 19th.
