Update: Lloydminster RCMP report on September 29 that both suspects have been apprehended.

Lloydminster RCMP are searching for two men who are believed to be involved in an armed kidnapping.
On Thursday, RCMP received a call regarding the kidnapping of two victims with a firearm. One victim was able to break free and report the incident to police, and both victims are currently safe.
Warrants have been issued for the arrest of both 28-year-old Braidy Pardy and 21-year-old Matthew Nicholson.
Pardy is described as 6 feet 3 inches tall, 215 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He has a medium complexion. Nicholson is described as having a light complexion, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 130 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes as well, and he was last seen on Thursday in Lloydminster.
RCMP are asking for public assistance in locating both men. It is believed Braidy went to the Edmonton area, but he also has ties to multiple communities around eastern Alberta. Matthew has ties to the Calgary, Edmonton and the Lloydminster Area.
RCMP remind the public that both suspects are considered armed and dangerous. If seen, they are not to be approached. Instead call Lloydminster RCMP or report to Crime Stoppers.
