The transition is underway from Rookie Camp to main training camp for the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

The last on-field session for the freshmen ended Friday morning at Griffiths Stadium. The veterans are already rolling in to the U of S campus with physical and medical testing to happen Saturday and main camp on the turf on Mother’s Day. Between six and eight of the 57 players on the Rookie Camp roster will advance to main camp, whose numbers are capped at 85 plus non-counters.
