The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit has charged a Muenster man with possession of child pornography offences.
The investigation began last month and Thursday a search warrant was executed at a home in muenster.
Fifty-three-year-old Jason Waldner is charged with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography and one count of Make Available Child Pornography.
He was released from custody on numerous conditions until his next court appearance on May 1, 2023 at Humboldt Provincial Court.
The Saskatchewan ICE Unit is comprised of investigators from the Saskatchewan RCMP, Regina Police Service, Saskatoon Police Service, and Prince Albert Police Service. Their mandate is to investigate crimes involving the abuse and/or exploitation of children on the internet.
