A death investigation is underway by Regina Police after a man was found in Wascana Lake Thursday afternoon.
The call came in around 3:20 p.m. after a person was spotted in the water near Willow Island. Regina Fire and Protective Services assisted in recovering the individual from the water and Regina Police are working in collaboration with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service to investigate the death.
The identity of the man remains unknown.
