Saskatchewan has another lottery winner. Western Canada Lottery Corporation says Scott Wheatley of Regina was awarded over $1.18-million after winning the grand jackpot on Vault Breaker on May 8th. Vault Breaker is a wide-area progressive that links 4,200 VLTS across the province. Wheatley says when all five vault breakers fell, he knew he had won the big one. He has a few plans for his windfall, including a new truck and a storage trailer, but also putting money towards his savings and retirement.
