Regina Police are now investigating the city’s third homicide of 2022.

The investigation began when police responded to a call this Tuesday in the 100 block of Davidson Crescent of an injured male lying outside, unresponsive.

Police say the man’s wound was critical and he was taken to hospital but succumbed to his injury.

The victim has been identified as 27 year-old Leslie Victor John Whitebear, of Regina.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
