Brett Boyko has joined Mattland Riley on the Saskatchewan Roughriders’ disabled list.
In releasing their roster (pictured below) and depth chart (pictured above) Friday morning for Saturday night’s tussle with Hamilton at Mosaic Stadium, the Green and White revealed three changes to the active roster that beat B-C a week ago. Saskatoon product Boyko was on the injury report Thursday for non-football matters…the same as Riley as the U of S grad and fellow O-Lineman has mononucleosis, according to head coach Craig Dickenson Thursday. Andrew Lauderdale replaces Boyko at left tackle. In addition, Paxton Lynch is listed as a third quarterback with import defensive end Pete Robertson is out with a hamstring injury while Canadian linebacker Kevin Francis joins Robertson on the one-game injured list with Canadian defensive lineman Charbel Dabire coming on. On the Tiger-Cats’ side, right tackle Chris Van Zeyl and defensive lineman Ted Laurent are listed on the depth chart for Saturday in Regina. Both veterans missed the Ticats’ Week 1 loss at Winnipeg as Van Zeyl dealt with a thumb injury while Laurent battled a knee ailment. However, Hamilton will be without defensive back Tunde Adeleke for the second week in a row.
