One person has been transported to hospital after a collision in the city on Saturday afternoon.
The Saskatoon Police Service, Saskatoon Fire Department and Medavie Health Services responded to the scene of a single vehicle crash at Spadina Crescent and Avenue A. A 61 year-old man was the lone occupant of the vehicle and it is believed he suffered a medical emergency. He was transported to hospital in critical condition.
Traffic restrictions were in effect on Spadina Crescent between Ave A and Avenue B, and the Saskatoon Police Collision Analyst Unit was called to the scene. Saskatoon Police cleared the scene and traffic restrictions were lifted at around 8:20 p.m. Saturday.
