The Saskatoon Society for the Protection of Children is changing its name to “Haven Family Connections”. The organization runs Saskatoon Crisis Nursery which will now be called “Haven Kids’ House”. It provides a safe place for kids in an emergency so families can get through a crisis, or struggle. Another program, “Parent Aide”, is also rebranding. Now it will be known as “Haven Family Support”. In this program, workers go into family homes to offer support and parenting tools to keep families together and strong.
