Saskatchewan will take in up to 2-thousand Ontario residents displaced by wildfires.
Premier Scott Moe made the commitment to Ontario Premier Doug Ford yesterday as provincial leaders from across the country are meeting in Saskatoon.
Crews are battling many fires across Northern Ontario affecting over 20 communities.
Emergencies have been declared in some areas where there are health risks due to the smoke.
The evacuees will be cared for in Saskatoon, Regina and Prince Albert.
