The Saskatchewan Rush came away with the 14-10 victory over the Warriors in Vancouver last night. The Rush jumped out to a 5-0 lead to start the game, although Vancouver was able to tie the game at 8 shortly after the beginning of the second half. However the Rush pulled away thanks to Ben McIntosh who scored 5 goals on the night. Sniper Jeff Shatler scored his 300th career NLL goal while Jeremy Thompson won his 1500th career NLL face-off, moving him to fourth all-time in league history. The Rush are now off until Saturday when they host the Rochester Knighthawks in a rematch of last year’s NLL Cup Final. The game starts at 7:30 next Saturday with the broadcast on 92.9 The Bull beginning at 6:30.
