Saskatoon City Police have cleared the scene of a barricade that started at around 7 o’clock Tuesday morning.
After arresting six people wanted on warrants from a residence in the 500-block of Avenue K North, police weren’t sure if there was anyone left in the house or if there were weapons inside so the tactical unit and crisis negotiators were called in.
It turns out the house was empty and weapon free.
The perimeter lock down of the school on the 400-block of Avenue J North was also lifted.
Officers didn’t find the person that prompted visit.
