Saturday morning at 9:30, the RCMP Underwater Recovery Team located the body of 26 year old Colton Koop under the ice of the Swift Current Creek. Koop was found upstream from the location of where the truck came to rest in the creek. RCMP are continuing their investigation.

RCMP were previously searching for Koop when a pick up truck broke through a guard rail and into the creek on November 16th. RCMP were notified around 6 that morning of the accident but believe the vehicle had been in the water since 2 am. The registered owner of the vehicle confirmed Colton had access to the truck prior to the accident.
