An anti-campaign is underway in Saskatchewan. The, UNiTE [sic] to End Violence Against Women and Girls Orange Campaign runs until December 10th. The UN supported Orange Campaign ends on Human Rights Day. The province says it is committed to ending violence against women and girls and has developed a series of new initiatives in response to the Domestic Violence Death Review and to assist those dealing with interpersonal violence. That includes awareness training for Conservation Officers and Highway Patrol Officers, the provision of two additional crisis workers for domestic violence and sexual assault, and the implementation of Clare’s Law, an interpersonal Violence Disclosure Protocol Act.
