After a search warrant at a home in Prince Albert was executed on Friday night, more than 320 grams of crack cocaine was seized, along with 60 grams of meth, a large amount of cash, a revolver and a handgun.
Prince Albert Police say the Integrated Street Enforcement Team which includes city police and the RCMP executed the search warrant along with the P.A. Police Service Tactical Unit.
It’s alleged several people tried to escape but they were apprehended by officers and the K9 Unit.
Seven people, 6 men and 1 woman, are facing charges of possession of cocaine and meth for the purpose of trafficking, and possession of the proceeds of trafficking, along with firearms related charges.
Five are from Alberta and two from Prince Albert.
Two other Alberta men are facing firearms related charges.
